Action Stations
Interactive kiosks where visitors can sign up to get involved with solutions to the issues facing North Carolina are strategically placed throughout the Commons.
An Action Station appears in each of the main thematic areas of the Commons: the Voices Area, the Connections Area, and the Ideas Area. From each station, visitors can browse actions and select those that most interest them. After entering their email address, they receive a link to their chosen action on the Commons website where they can learn about the goals of the effort, see the steps IEI suggests to accomplish it, find more resources, connect with other users who are involved, and leave an update about their contribution.
