Connections Experience
The Connections Area brings data to life. A 16-foot interactive wall displays general information about the state while nearby interactive tables provide a chance to get more detailed with the data.
A foundation of statistical evidence lays the bedrock for the Emerging Issues Commons. The purpose of the Connections Area is to provide elegant and artful visualizations so that visitors can be better informed with their political decisions. Rarely has so much statistical information about North Carolina been collected in one place; visitors can explore everything from life expectancy rates to educational statistics. The primary themes of Education, Healthcare, Economy, and Environments form an accessible guided path for navigating the data.
