A Web site and two recording booths at the International Quilt Study Center & Museum give visitors an opportunity to add their quilt stories to a searchable oral history archive.
Visitors to the museum record quilt stories that are accessed through a patchwork interface in the Digital Gallery as well as online. Drawing on the quilt-related experiences and knowledge of visitors and the quilting community, the stories can be discovered by themes, by the names of the contributors or where they live, or by how recent the contributions were made.
