Controlled playback of high-speed gunshot footage allows visitors to study the effects of firearms in forensic science.
Excerpts from “Terminal Effects of Projectiles from Antique and Modern Firearms” can be controlled through a touch screen playing the footage forward, in reverse, and in slow motion. Visitors’ manipulations help them understand the kind of reference material a forensic scientist might use in a case.
